I have tried all kind of vegetable diets and even went on a 2-meal per day kind of diet but they never worked because I lost water more than the body fats I accumulated. If you want to embark on a diet that is not restrictive and allows you to have a cheat day in a week, this book is a good read for you. Well-explained, concise and easy to follow, I have managed to lose 1 kg after trying out the diet for two weeks without feeling any hunger pangs or craving for snacks!
