After giving a brief overview about what insomnia is, Davis jumps right in with strategies and solutions for getting a great night's sleep. She divides these solutions into three parts: getting your sleeping environment right, sleep strategies, and herbal remedies.
While these categories sound simple, they are surprisingly comprehensive. Her tips for getting your sleeping environment right are often common sense, but also often not ones the reader will have thought about themselves. The second chapter provides eight strategies, and will most likely work best as a starting point, where the reader can look into them deeper themselves. The third chapter not only lists some herbs that will be helpful for conquering insomnia, but also describes how best to use them for the most effective results.

This book really helps me a lot with my sleeping troubles. Now, I can really able to sleep comfortably. My sleepless nights are over and as a result, I can now work effectively. I think this complete sleep guide will help you to be more productive and when I am sleepless, I can’t work well. I am really glad to read this book. I like that the author has divided his book into three: the sleeping environment, different sleeping strategies and even herbal remedies parts that can help improve sleeping patterns.
If you don’t get a good sleep, your day to day performance can be affected. Also, the sleepless nights will affect your emotions too. I can say that I am now one step closer to getting the best sleep of my life. Hopefully this book can aid you in overcoming your sleep problem. Thanks dear author.
