love the book... has a lot of great recipes. it's great to have a menu to follow with the helpful shopping list. lots of great information. can't wait to start making some of the recipes....simple and easy to follow with not a lot of ingredients...

Simply Nourished was Simply Amazing!!

I love learning how to eat healthy and make a better lifestyle for myself, so I found this real food reboot to be the be the perfect combination! The recipes have steps that I can easily follow (with my lack of culinary expertise), healthy clean ingredients I can find at my local grocery store, and pictures accompanying each recipe. But it's more than just a cook book! Meal plan guides, grocery lists, and journaling sections to reflect on my food and lifestyle changes were all included. I highly recommend this real food reboot to anyone who is looking to start, or continue, healthy lifestyle changes!

Love Simply Nourished!! I've found several new recipes that I continuously make now and love, the tomato basil soup, morning glory muffins and sweet potato hash to mention just a few. The book is organized out very nicely with shopping lists, daily meal plan and recipes. There is also a journal part to each day so you can record what you ate and how you felt. Really easy to follow and delicious healthy meals.
I felt really good while doing the reboot and am excited for the spring issue!
