There are also a wide variety of juicy recipes that can suit any taste and lifestyle. I tried some recipes. Vary easy to prepare and delicious at the same time. I recommend the book for everybody who wants to shed some pounds and increase his\her energy level.

Prior to reading this book, I already have an idea of what juicing is, as I’m done reading this book, I realize that what I knew before is just few of the facts about juicing. This book delivers much information about juicing and its benefits that once you read it, you could never go wrong. It discusses the different health benefits of juicing, how it is done and how it can be incorporated in a diet. Yes, juicing is not a diet itself, you can just add it in your diet as a supplement. Juicing also allows us to consume great amount of fruits and vegetables that we can’t possibly eat in a day in just a single glass. How cool is that! What I also liked about the book is it is very easy to read, uses simple word and is short but full of information. I think it is really a great book for everybody.
