    Whether you are a beginner or a more experienced weight lifter, this book has a lot for both!

    This is a lean muscle building book for both men and women. This book gave a lot of valuable information for how to build lean muscles. The author states up front to accomplish this, one must be persistent, committed to regular workouts, disciplined, and be willing to follow a recommended diet plan. I thought it was great that the author instructs people to burn off fat, while building lean muscle. He stressed to do weight lifting that targeted multiple muscles and not just focussing on one. Much was said about proper diet to be on and when to eat what in relationship to your workouts. Many exercises where explained. It even got into knowing how to determine what amounts of weights you should lift.
    Another good thing the author got into was how to maintain those lean muscles one you have worked so hard to attain them. If you are into weight lifting or even want to get started in it, this book is great for you.

    The Muscle Bible!

    Now I'm not someone who is a stranger to gym but this book is outstanding. I mean what the heck is Sarcoplasmic Training? I not a gym monkey but just to learn about new concepts like that can help me train better is priceless. As you age, you tend to lose the desire for working out (Especially if your vocation is sitting on a computer all day) like mine is. I use to balance that out with nightclub promotion (You have to look good for that job) but recently, I've been out of it. Hence the weight gain of 15lbs in just two years. Ouch and eww lol Anyways, I wanted to get this book to fire me up and get me back in the gym so mission accomplished. I will also be balancing my day job again with a nightclub gig I recently acquired so I must get in shape fast. As they say, this is what the doctor ordered. Glad I found this book.

    As a woman, i knew this book would be more for toning and fitness, rather than muscle. Did it succeed? YES!!!
    I have been struggling to find a diet and exercise routine that fits into my daily life, I always find myself falling of the bandwagon eventually! Allen's book has really taught me self discipline and proper routine. I also like that while it says to lift heavy weights, it gives you a guide as to what is too heavy, this stops you exhausting or injuring yourself. I have already noticed fantastic results and really look forward to seeing where this takes me. Thank you Allen Williams!
