Best "go to" nutrition book on the market!

As a nutrition professional, I am constantly challenged by the dearth of accurate
nutrition information my clients are faced with. This book is a phenomenal source
of practical nutrition information which allows the nutrition consumer to truly grasp the complexity of healthy eating, but still be able to actually implement it. The chapter content is extensive and covers popular nutrition topics (sodium, probiotics, detox diets) to the practical aspects of every day eating such as healthy eating while traveling, deciphering food labels, and easy/quick food preparation. In fact, I can't think of a topic not covered in this easy to read, but very comprehensive book. This book should be in every personal library if one is interested in pursuing a healthy diet and lifestyle!

A wonderful guide and reference book

I found this book to be a very readable, clear, concise, thorough explanation of nutrition and guidelines to incorporate good
nutrition into a busy life. I was a Certified Diabetes Educator Nurse & worked with Registered and CDE Dieticians for 20 years.
This book gives the information to people to make choices in their eating styles with reason and permanence.
Knowledge is the basis of change and " too Busy to Diet", in its large format, is great to have handy for the "teachable moments" when I am in the kitchen and making choices. I have read this book to answer questions, gain knowledge, give me power to make good choices. It is like having a personal dietician on call in my kitchen at all times. So far, Every one of my questions has
been answered by this book, and I have learned a lot. It is education with no hype.
I have purchased 8 copies of "too Busy to Diet" as affordable gifts to educate and help people I care about - No preaching necessary - knowledge gives power and gives reason to change or reassurance for good choices.

A Must Read for Those Looking to Lead a Healthy Life

I am a registered dietitian, and I am always being asked what books I recommend. Rarely can I give a high recommendation for a "diet" book. However, I give my highest recommendation to "Too Busy to Diet." This is not a diet book. Rather, it is a well-organized, easy-to-follow book with sound advice on how to eat healthy and live well. It is not gimmicky. You will not lose 10 pounds in 1 week. If you have weight to lose or lifestyle changes to make, this book will help you make gradual changes that will help you lose weight slowly and keep it off for the long term. This book will serve as a wonderful resource for years to come.

Understanding "TMJ" symptoms and treatment at last!

"Break Away" is one of the most easy to read books I have ever encountered. Dr Abeles is an outstanding clinician and an international educator. He writes in an easy to follow and folksy style. However, by the time you complete this short book, you will have a thorough understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the tempero mandibular joint and the surrounding structures as well as the many seemingly unrelated conditions which can be manifest by pathology of the joint and the muscles which it affects. Dr Abeles also clearly explains the relationship between TMJ dysfunction and headaches, obstructive sleep apnea, neck and back pain among others. He then goes on to explain the rational of his treatment approach and its success rate illustrated by examples of some of the many patients he has treated. This book is a necessary read for anyone suffering from any of the varied symptoms of TMJ pathology as well as any health professionals who are involved with treating any of the various conditions associated with TMJ dysfunction.

Eve Pell is the author of the acclaimed memoir We Used to Own the Bronx, in which she detailed her upbringing in a prestigious New York family and how she left that world of privilege for a career as an investigative reporter. She went on to report for three award-winning PBS documentaries and is an award-winning writer published in the San Francisco Chronicle, The Nation, Ms., Runner’s World, and other publications. She is a former staff reporter at the Center for Investigative Reporting, taught journalism at San Francisco State University, and has won gold medals in international senior track and field competitions. She lives in San Francisco.

How do old people meet new loves? Here’s how it happened for me: I schemed.

I never was any good at love, or maybe I was just bad at finding the right man. In 2004, at the age of 67, I broke off the most recent “this isn’t working” relationship. I’d had two husbands and a few not-husbands along the way and was once again single.

I had delightful children, grandchildren, and friends, fulfilling work as a writer, and a sort of second career as a nationally ranked senior runner. I lived in a sweet if somewhat run-down little cottage in Mill Valley, north of San Francisco. Over the years I had learned—or had been forced to learn—how to live on my own. But though I knew how to manage as a single woman (keep in touch with your friends and family, exercise regularly, work in your garden, see a therapist when your need for support is more than friends should be subjected to), I liked life better when I was part of a couple.

So, once I was over the breakup, I was on the hunt. I looked around for boyfriend candidates. I thought of two possibilities. One was a charming younger man I’d met while hiking in the Sierras. We had gone out a few times, and I liked him. But on the most recent date, he’d let me know that he was involved in a long-term relationship with a woman who lived in New York and that, though the relationship was problematic (hence, I suppose, his interest in me), he was not going to leave it. Even I knew that was a nonstarter.

I had met the other one through running, but our acquaintance was minimal. I knew that Sam Hirabayashi was a widower, ten years older than I, and most likely single.

He was strikingly handsome, with a sweet smile, and very easy to talk to. He’d become something of an icon in the running community because, seemingly impervious to age, he routinely bested far younger competitors in races—and also because of his extraordinarily good nature. Even if he’d had one training run in the morning, followed by breakfast with his teammates, he would cheerfully do track workouts the same evening with other runners and go out to dinner afterward.

I wanted to get to know him better. But how? He was older and probably quite proper—not the kind of guy I could imagine going up to and saying, “You’re cute. I like you. Let’s go out sometime.”

I devised a plan. Janet, a friend we had in common, had a small movie theater in her house; she often invited me to parties. I called her. “This is very seventh grade,” I began. “But I’d like you to invite Sam to one of your screenings. I’ll come to any movie he’s coming to.” She laughed and agreed.

Soon after, she called. “He’s coming on Thursday.”

“I’ll be there,” I said.

There were eight or ten of us that evening. After the movie, as we were all standing around and chatting, someone mentioned The Motorcycle Diaries, a new film about Che Guevara. “I’d like to see that,” I said.

“I would too,” said Sam. There was a short pause, and I held my breath. He looked at me. “Would you like to go?”

Suppressing the urge to high-five Janet, I said yes. We set a date for the following week; he’d meet me at the theater. It was December 10—an anniversary he would always remember. I saw him there as I drove up, waiting for me, standing in front of the theater. But our movie was sold out.

What to do? We looked at what else was playing (thank goodness for multiplexes) and chose Sideways. I have a vague memory of something about men and wine but a sharp memory of sitting next to Sam. And when Sideways was over, we decided that since we hadn’t met our objective, we’d see The Motorcycle Diaries another day.

The ice was broken, and though we didn’t know it yet, we were on our way to becoming a couple.

I never told him I schemed to get us together.

The process of coupling is as intoxicating at 70 as it was at 16. Sam and I were giddy; our conversations became flirtatious and delicious. I heard echoes of this as I traveled around the country interviewing the couples in this book and learning how they met.

Some connections, like mine, were engineered; some were pure happenstance. Sometimes children or friends became matchmakers. For the truly motivated, there was the Internet. The most common, however, was what I call “re-meeting”—connecting with a person from one’s past who may not have been significant back then. That’s what happened with Aggie and Jack.

Unexpected

Aggie and Jack are poets and artists in San Francisco’s North Beach. She is 67 and he 80. Members of the Revolutionary Poets Brigade, they are bohemian descendants of the Beat Generation who have spent their lives challenging what they see as the soul-destroying values of capitalism and embodying with their lives the pursuit of art and human expression. A friend suggested that they might be fine examples of a pair who got together late in life, and they agreed to talk with me.

The faded burgundy paint on the door was scratched and worn. Upon being buzzed in, I walked through a dark tunnel past rows of utility meters to reach their garden and the stairway to their front door. Aggie greeted me and guided me down a narrow hallway, past rooms that were crammed with stuff, into their small kitchen, cluttered and bright. The bells of Saints Peter and Paul Church rang out the hours; a cable car track hummed a half block away.

Jack proudly calls himself a “commie poet” and signs his books “Comradely, Jack.” He is a bear of a man, tall and broad-shouldered. He smiles easily and kids around, makes eye contact, pays attention to his surroundings. Some of his teeth are missing; a bushy mustache hangs down over his lips. His wrinkled face and longish graying hair show his age, and he looked like an old hippie in his baggy black pants and suspenders. He has a deep and rumbling voice and speaks seven languages. At a gathering shortly before we were introduced, I heard him read a poem in Italian—a language I don’t speak—and I about swooned from the exhilarating mixture of passion, rhythm, and pure emotion in his voice.

A committed Marxist, Jack taught at UCLA but was fired during the Vietnam War for encouraging his students to resist the draft. He was named poet laureate of San Francisco in 2006. A helpful and kind person, before he left our interview he wanted to make sure that I had gotten what I needed.

Aggie is also tall. Stylish, elegant, and self-possessed, she wore a black scarf around her hair, a loose gray sweater, a long skirt, and silver rings on her fingers. Bangs fall over her forehead; her eyes are blue. Lines on her face show that she is no longer young, and she wore no makeup. Like Jack, she seems comfortable in her skin.

Unlike me, neither Aggie nor Jack was looking to meet someone new when they connected. She was widowed and figured that she had already had a great love; he was living with another woman.

As Aggie told the story, when she first encountered Jack, she was living with Asa Benveniste, a man with whom she was madly in love. A poet and a publisher of poets, he co-founded Zero, a magazine in Paris, and Trigram Press in London. His gravestone reads, “Foolish enough to have been a poet.”

As Aggie reminisced about her life in London forty years ago, Jack broke in, loudly spelling out Asa’s last name and looking at me to be sure I got it right. “B-E-N-V-E-N-I-S-T-E,” he rumbled, with professorial precision, a pause between each letter. Aggie looked on patiently.

Then she continued. “Asa published Jack’s poetry, and they were very dear old friends who wrote to each other all the time. In 1980 Jack came to visit us with his then girlfriend; he came in like a storm, this very cadaverous-looking man, and he gave a reading in London. I remember I was impressed with his work, but I wasn’t falling in love with him or anything; I was deeply in love with Asa. Then Asa and I moved up to Yorkshire, where he died in 1990.”

A year later Aggie decided, because she was so grief-stricken, to take a long trip and drop off mementoes to Asa’s old friends. When she got to San Francisco, she found that the poet who had been so cadaverous was no longer cadaverous. “He had put on so much weight, I remember saying, ‘My God, what happened?’ ”

There were a few lovely days together, though Jack was living with another woman. “I absolutely did not want a relationship,” she says. “I had had love with Asa. I was fine for the rest of my life. But still, the reading Jack gave in London stuck in my mind because it was so powerful.”

By 1995, Aggie was working for a group in Yorkshire that organized poetry festivals and events. So, remembering how impressive he had been when he visited London years before, she invited Jack to perform. “He came and stayed for two months on and off while traveling around the country,” she recalled. “We were kind of in my house. I lived in this huge house where a few other people lived also, and we came circling around each other. I thought, God, maybe do I feel something?”

So Aggie, although believing she had no interest in a new romantic relationship, became interested in Jack, a man whom she had known years before.

Howard and George

The Internet

Howard and George had never laid eyes on each other before they met on the Internet. Both had ended relationships and were looking to meet someone new. But as gay men who were sexually active during the AIDS epidemic, both had to overcome fears before undertaking a search for a new partner. They had seen too many friends and lovers die.

But after long periods of not dating, they each went back onto the Internet, refusing to follow the path taken by friends who simply stayed celibate rather than risk contracting the disease or suffering another loss.

Howard is 72, George 68. I met with them at Howard’s house in Bowdoinham, Maine, a small and pretty town on the water, with an old church and tree-lined streets typical of New England. Howard’s white saltbox house sits on a little hill, surrounded by a shady lawn. The house looks traditional from the outside, with one exception: The shutters are a bright greenish blue that I have never seen before, unorthodox and strikingly beautiful; Howard calls it Bermuda blue. Inside, Howard’s sculptures decorate the walls. Constructed from found objects, they are irreverent, imaginative, and fun, incorporating such things as old typewriter keys, medieval paintings, dice, and lace. Howard taught history at Tufts University for years; instead of the standard course material of empires and rulers (nicknamed “maps and chaps”), he focused on the lives and stories of common people.

In 1989 Howard’s then partner died of AIDS. At that time, people knew that AIDS could be spread by sexual contact and that it was fatal. Survivors like Howard were terrified of contracting the disease. From 1989 to 1995, he had no physical intimacy. Howard remembers that when a fellow gay activist who had come for dinner sat next to him on a couch and moved a bit closer, Howard moved away from him, stopping any intimacy in its tracks.

In 1995 he had an annus horribilis—including a ruptured appendix, peritonitis, and a horrific car accident. After surviving all that, he concluded that the universe must have more in store for him. He took a sabbatical and moved to Philadelphia, where he immersed himself in Jewish spirituality and mysticism. He also did some work with a group called Body Electric, learning to get over his fear of touching and sexual relations, and soon met up with a new partner, whom he was with for a decade. After they broke up, he wanted a new relationship.

George grew up in an Italian family in New Orleans. After graduate school at Louisiana State University, he settled in West Virginia, where he taught university-level English and writing for twenty years. Later on, he edited a business newspaper and worked as a literary agent. A superb cook, he also wrote articles about food and travel for local papers.

Hospitable and friendly, the two invited me to come for breakfast. Howard and I sipped café au lait at the tiny kitchen table while George energetically mixed, fried, and stirred at the stove. Throughout my visit, the two kept up a stream of amusing chatter. They looked rather alike, with twin balding heads, neat mustaches, and trimmed beards; both wore blue Hawaiian shirts. Plainly of the same tribe, they could have been relatives. Their resemblance and similar style made a statement—they were not trying to blend in and look like ordinary Maine people. They were smart, verbal, aware of their surroundings, and tuned-in. I liked them immediately.

Over a delicious breakfast of shrimp and grits, George described how he and Howard first connected, starting with his previous relationship.

“In 1996 I met a guy who I really fell madly in love with,” George began. “This was my first experience with what I’d call silly love, the kind of thing most people go through in teenagehood but I never did. I was really just crazy about him. Unfortunately, he was dying of AIDS. So it was a real struggle for me, but it was the first experience that I thought was as close to being divine love as I had ever experienced. I’m not exaggerating. But it was obsessive, it was too all-consuming for me. I was almost relieved when he died, though it’s troubling to say that.”

Devastated and heartbroken, George was mostly single for eleven years afterward. But, finally recovered from his grievous loss, he decided to engage again. “Online dating had been pretty well established by then,” he said, “so I decided to try it. Many of the gay ‘dating’ sites were really hookup sites, but I was more interested in something serious, so I chose Match.com, which by its reputation seemed like a site for people looking for relationships.”

Howard had also gone on Match.com. “I am pretty gutsy in many ways,” he said. “I know I am a survivor—there have been moments in my life when I should have been dead but I woke up the next morning. So I felt that I had nothing to lose.”

For any man and woman, post 60 and now single, this is a must read, unless you prefer poor quality of life in the years ahead.

Eve Pell is not a stranger to me.

I read her "Modern Love" column in the NY Times a few years ago, where she spoke of her meeting a man, so unlike any of the men she had ever experienced in her life, married to or otherwise. And beyond meeting this man, within a year, deciding that this man would change her life more profoundly, than any before him, and so within a short time, she married him.

But to many, such events were the plot lines of romance novels for men and women four to five decades younger.

Because all of us, thanks to western society's cultural "programming" think of a single woman of 68 and a single man of 78, meeting, falling in love, getting married two years later, then leading enriching active lives, as a low probability and or impossible event.

As in "act your age grandma or grandpa," as in act elderly, as in act out the remaining years of your life as a dried up emotionless prune, as many, young and almost old, in our society would opine.

Thanks to Eve Pell's personal experience of teaming up with her "Sam," for very deep and fulfilling intimacy with happiness in the autumn of her life, as well as his, we who are past 60, are blessed.

After her beloved Sam passed, Eve Pell set off to find out if she had experienced something rare, or something common, and what shape or form creating a shared intimate life together with another person would take when both are post sixty.

As a result, she tracked down others, post 60, who had found each other and created intimate, enriching lives together with caring, character and grace for each other and the world around them.

Such events, as Eve Pell points out come only with the wisdom that personal experience with the ups and downs of life gives to anyone now post 60.

In fact it is with that wisdom, based on experience, that makes for such a rich and shared life, that many younger, may never find.

Yes, with the substantial experience of life, for any post 60 year old, if you open up your heart and your mind, you can find that someone special and the special you create together may only be because of your collective experiences in life prior to teaming up.

This is a totally inspirational book.

Because with Eve Pell's clear and concise writing, woven in sections between the life stories of older couples, who found each other late in life, you can find out what everyone written of in this book, post 60 has come to understand.

The "understand" is about life and how to live it with love, care and affection for their partner, to the fullest with the time that is left.

And with such understanding, such post 60 couples can look past the reality of no longer being a 20-30 year olds and making it work, perhaps better than it ever did, in prior relationships where with their youth, they squandered many opportunities for living much more deeply intimate, caring , exciting lives with a partner.

The Perfect Valentine's Gift!

Love Again: the Wisdom of Unexpected Romance is a treasure of wonderful older-age love stories: warm, funny, intelligent, sensitive, heart-rending, and up-lifting. Who could imagine at age 18 that at age 68 he or she would fall in love and that his or her heart would beat every bit as wildly! But, as witnessed by all the couples in Eve Pell’s revealing and inspiring book, it happens. In fact, as she discovered in her own story, at an older age the heart is not fettered by the problems of raising kids or struggling to be successful in business or any of the challenges of young marrieds. The heart is free to do nothing but enjoy life with a spouse or partner or lover of choice for as long as possible. This book is the perfect Valentine’s gift for anyone at any age with a heart!

Gives Me Hope of the Possibility of Unexpected Love at Any Age!

I was the a lucky winner of the book Love, Again by Eve Pell! It was such happy surprise when the book arrived in my mailbox. The book arrived at just the right time in my life. I am 42 years old and have been single for over 7 years. I found myself divorced after being married and in a relationship with the same man for nearly 23 years. I had just about giving up hope of ever finding love again when I received this book. It is as if there was a message in there for me. Eve Pell has renewed my hopes and make me believe that love is possible again at any age. This book is a must read for person who finds themselves single whether it is from divorce, death, or from never having found someone to love throughout their lives. There are lessons in there that both men and women can learn from. The stories of every single one of the couples were heartfelt, and I have learned quite a bit from the experiences and advise shared by all of the couples. I love how well written and organized Love, Again was. It is so nice to know that no matter how old we are, the possibility exist that we might find love again, even in our later years, unexpectedly. I really enjoyed reading the book!

Very complete and thorough!

I am a worry-er (if there is such a term). I always worry. I worry about what tomorrow may bring me and my family, I worry about the government, about the typhoons, almost about anything there is. That's why when I saw this book on How To Stop Worrying And Start Living, I felt that I needed to have a hold of this and understand more. I am fortunate because this book contains some proven steps and strategies on how I can stop worrying and eventually become happy. I think that it can help me reduce or stop worrying for good. This book can indeed help me! Very complete and thorough! I know there is a lot in-store for me here. I also know my worrying is about to end!

If you feel completely trapped in worry, fear and / or depression, you should read this book.
This book may seem pointless now, but in fact it can make a world of difference.
Use your time wisely. Relax and give yourself time to do what you want and do things that will calm you down, make sure that these things aren't stressful.

Really long box set - some books I liked but some I just left out

I felt as if there were like a hundred books here. The book I was actually looking for was the one of being worry-free. It was truly supportive and sensible. Actually, it was written sensibly. I found a lot of good advice in that and some of the other books included in this collection.

Unfortunately this book set is too long. I would have liked to have read these books in parts. Or at least the books could have been broken down into smaller sets, instead of like 20 or so together. Plus the books should be categorized. I found books of various topics here - weight loss, productivity, forex, food etc. Nevertheless, I am not complaining (except about the length) 'coz I am not opposed to many for the price of one. There were some books that I really needed but some I just ignored. I enjoyed the books on astrology and not to mention there were the ones on beers and wine…. These unexpected extra books, some of them not all, are really handy. I also enjoyed the one on champagne; this also included some champagne recipes.

Hands down the BEST workout book EVER.

This book is a life changer. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.
In January, 2015 I weighed the most I ever have and was in the worst shape of my life. This book has helped me to turn the tables on all of that in less than 4 months. It is hands down the BEST workout book I have ever owned/best workout program I have ever committed to. Sean Bartram is a genius.

This book has a wide range of HITT workout routines and is appropriate for ALL levels of fitness from beginner/out of shape to fit/athletic. No equipment is needed. All you need is your body, some good shoes, determination, and maybe a yoga mat for stretches (optional though, really). All exercises are explained in sufficient detail with full color photos to demonstrate the moves.

This book is particularly excellent for those on a time crunch (me) who are looking to get into or stay in shape. The workouts range from 5-60 minutes with the majority of routines being 10 minutes or less. You will be AMAZED at the results that you can get in such a short period of time! Do not think that short means easy and do not think that you cannot achieve GREAT results with such little time investment. You will be investing in other ways besides time: sweat and brief periods of VERY intense work.

This book has a fit test that readers are encouraged to take every 2 weeks to track progress and to determine which level of fitness they categorize into, and thereby which workouts are appropriate for them (levels 1-3). I highly recommend doing this. I also recommend keeping track of each day you exercise, which routine you do, and your comments about it (“couldn't finish such and such exercise”,
“getting easier”, etc). I have found doing this to be very helpful and motivating as I can look back to certain routines that I did months ago and see how I have grown in a short period of time.

The workouts start off "easier" (by no means "easy" though) and become progressively more and more difficult. There is a lot of room to grow with this book and there is a lot of variety to keep you from getting bored.

I started this program February 24th, of 2015 and was very out of shape. I had not been doing any sort of exercise program for over a year. I weighed 143 pounds and was 26% body fat. I committed myself to doing 3-4 HITT workouts a week (most 10 minutes or less with a goal of doing one longer HITT workout a week if possible) combined with a healthy diet (read any of Dr. Fuhrmans books). The first time I did the fit test I scored 56 points (level 1). While I did not meet my goal of 4 workouts every week I found it relatively easy to keep to my commitment because of the fact that the workouts are so short. It's hard to say, “I can't find time for a 7 minute workout”, so most of the time I followed through. That being said I had some weeks where I only managed 2 workouts and 1 week where I did none.

Fast forward to June 3rd, 2015. I scored 84 on my fit test and have reached a level 2! I now weigh 132 pounds and my body fat is 23%. I have dropped 2 pants sizes and my husband keeps commenting on how fit I look! Multiple co-workers have noticed the difference in my body. I can't wait to see where I am this time next year!

Do not be discouraged if you can't complete a workout in the beginning. That's pretty normal and the book even talks about this. When I first started I was pooped out from the warm out stretches alone. Now I look forward to those days when I can do a longer (14-27 minutes) workout. I now find the routines FUN – who would have thought?! And don't think fun means easy either! I have simply learned to enjoy the difficulty of the workouts because I know that I get so much out of them.

This book has literally become my “bible” and I doubt I will ever get rid of it or ever tire of it. Even if you work through all of the routines at all levels and tire of that you can then create your own custom workouts by making various combinations of the individual exercises in the book.

If you're on the fence, take the leap. It is WELL worth the 13 bucks.

This is a great book, you get tons of routines so if you just need to follow some routine you can pick any and just do it without second thought. They are adjustable for any level and challenging enough. I personally do different kinds of sports since I was 8 years old and these kind of workouts really do help with loosing weight and boost your endurance, but you really have to do each exercise the best you can. You'll be amazed how strong you get after a couple of weeks doing these routines. These workouts are not designed for gaining muscles, but with а clean diet they will help you to look like a fitness model for sure(If you really do the best you can each time you exercise and sweat!)

Think Twice Before Pulling into the Next Drive-Thru

I couldn’t have found this book at a better time—it’s the new year and I’m on a new fitness journey. I’m not a big junk food junkie, but sometimes it can be the only, or at least, the most convenient option. Michael Walle has put together an informational guide to why we do crave junk food and how to get rid of those cravings. He addresses why our bodies are prone to wanting fats and sugars. I have learned over time that active people like myself really burning through those “empty calories,” then I’m hungry again. A vicious cycle. This ebook reinforces this thinking.

One of the most important chapters in this guide was “How To Eat Better Food” that suggests going cold-turkey on the junk. I couldn’t agree more! You allow little slip ups, then the next thing you know, you’re on the downward path again. Finally, I also thought the chapter “Eliminating Your Cravings” especially helpful. It’s tough to control your cravings, particularly when the temptation to munch on junk is all around. Sometimes, sticking to your guns and choosing good health over politeness is what you have to do, as Walle suggests. I would go a step further and say that if someone views you as rude for choosing nutrition over social construct, well, tell them to go jump in a lake!

If you are suffering from junk food addiction, or just want to get a better handle on your nutrition, I highly recommend this guide.

A Great Help, Just What I Needed!

I found this to be the perfect choice, since I struggle with changing my eating habits. I have tried a good deal of different products and also read a few books; this by far was the most effective.

I loved how the author tackled the issues that fed my craving and how to fix them. The author has a very helpful writing style that really allowed me to make drastic changes.

I would take a look at this if you are struggling with getting junk-food out of your life like me, because this book will definitely help you to accomplish that.
