In this book Parker has done an excellent job through providing lots tips and techniques about how to meditate for healthy life. It's revealed ancient skill of calming the soul and cleanse the mind for higher understanding-written every word through his own experience. I have to read this frequently to be relaxed myself. Highly appreciated to author!

What an amazingly valuable book! This is a great way to begin your journey on meditation and learn everything you need to know about how to change your life.There are so many health benefits to meditation and the best one is the inner peace you can find. The author does a great job of explaining not only the techniques, but the many benefits of meditation as well.I found this book to be very well written, incredibly insightful and straight to the point. I have already tried some stress relief techniques and I feel a great difference and I can tell you...it's really working. I couldn't be happier with the results! I am sure you will find it as helpful and informative as I did.Do yourself a favor and get this book!

An amazing resource

This has everything that a beginner would need to learn how to meditate. It's a huge compendium of resources and valuable insights and info. Sean Parker explains and delves into each meditating style and how to perform it. The chapter on Vipassana was especially intriguing, since I've never heard of it before, but its quickly become my favorite ways to be mindful. He even goes into the historical background of it. Very informative and fun to read! Great book for anyone who want to jump into meditation. Highly recommend!
