Gained 8 lbs in 2 weeks with Connor's system!

I've been skinny and got made fun of all my life. I am 33 years old but still have the same weight as when I was in high school (5'8",120 lbs).
Even though I am old enough to accept the way my body is, when I saw Connor's result, I couldn't help but to want to give it a try. After 2 weeks of using Connor's system, I have a completely new perspective of how and what it means to eat for mass. I simply wasn't eating enough to gain weight all my life. In two weeks, I gained 8 lbs which is HUGE for me as this has never happened before. Now I know what it takes to gain weight and if you've had enough of being skinny, I highly recommend you to get Connor's book to give it a shot.

Future Classic!

This is the book which should have been written years ago, but wasn't. Connor swiftly pulls no punches
in explaining precisely how to pack more calories into our scrawny bodies than ever before, without
wanting to die. Connor has managed to write the perfect companion to most "mass gain" books which
focus on the lifting side of things, and lazily include a short sentence tacked on the end to the effect of,
"Oh yeah, and by the way, eat more". As if that's very helpful when one's stomach is small and suddenly
doubling your daily food intake was a mere errand like taking out the trash. Well it's not. Connor's approach
is well thought out and most importantly, self-tested with proof. I applaud his efforts here and I won't be
surprised if this book becomes a classic.

After having a wide knowledge base from many health books and years of experimentation I can say that conners system checks out.
