There were things about divorce I was totally naive about; and things that nothing other than experience could have prepared me for. Awesome ideas.

This is something great for person’s who undergo the process of divorce especially in men. There is a refreshing feeling having to hear the guy’s side of the story. This book will help them inform things that they may have considered, prepare themselves for what may be coming and help them to recreate an improved version of themselves having gone through the whole divorce experience. It also provides advises and mentoring through the process that could changed their lives. There are also lessons that may learn that they can apply to thrive post divorce. Highly recommended!

Excellent Book!

I am happily married but this book was still a great read as it helped me better understand what my divorced friends have experienced. The book was eye-opening for me as I never really took the time to think about all the critical decisions that have to be made under duress during a divorce and how self-interest and parenting responsibilities can be challenging to balance. As the title suggests, this book reads like a playbook (perfect for a guy's brain). It's a step-by-step guide that seems to leave no stone un-turned. O'Stasik's writing style is smooth and direct and there is a lot of information packed into this relatively short text. I recommend this book to anyone who is affected by divorce and I look forward to reading more of O'Stasik's work in the future.

An Absolute Must Read For ANY Men Out There Who Have Recently Gone Through A Divorce!

First off, I am so grateful my brother sent me a link to this book. Having recently gone through a bitter divorce and much of what Tom describes in this book, I instantly connected with Tom's own experiences and what so many other guys have to deal with when going through one of life's toughest ordeals - The D word. I believe society tends to think divorces are harder on women, but from my own experience and those of other divorced men I know, I can assure you we very often have an even more difficult time processing and dealing with the overwhelming barrage of physical, mental, and emotional challenges that come with such as life altering experience.
Luckily for me, shortly after I started reading Tom's book just 2 weeks ago, I began to feel a sense of reassurance that everything was going to be okay. It was a huge sigh of relief! After taking a step back and evaluating my own livelihood, I have been taking to heart many of Tom's experiences and implementing his advice into my own daily life and routine. In such a short period of time so far, I no longer have the overwhelming anxiety I was feeling for the better part of 2014. I'm following Tom's advice, steadily progressing forward and carrying a mindset of conquering the many fears and insecurities I've been harboring for so many months now. So far, each day is a little better than the previous one and I owe it to this book.
I have to thank you Tom! Your advice and mentoring through this process has really changed my life for the better! I hope you continue to help others in the same way this book has helped me. Keep up the incredible life coaching and I wish you the very best! I think I can speak for others who have read you book when I say, I hope you continue to help men who have gone or are going through a divorce and need the guidance you provide.
