Great book. Much more than juicing. This is about living a better, healthier life. Inspirational. Tons of value beyond the book. Rebecca and Dieter overdeliver. This is true passion. They even introduce professional nutritionists and other healthcare providers and bring their perspectives forward so I find that the depth here beyond juicing is informative and highly valuable. And it is written in a way anyone can understand. No wonder it is a Bestseller. Well done.

I've been juicing on and off for about a year, not following any specific guidance. I'm excited to have this book to be my Bible on juicing. It is packed with useful information, recipes, and personal testimonials. I would highly recommend this book for anyone that wants to live a healthier life style. Love it!

If You Value Your Health, Get this Book, Study It and Do it!

After I went through this book "Juice Your Way to Health" by Dieter Staudinger and Rebecca Reble I decided to do the Juice Cleanse that their book describes. It was an excellent adventure for me. If you have an interest in improving your health, then I highly recommend you consider doing a Juice Cleanse. And I highly encourage you to get Dieter and Rebecca's exceptional book "Juice Your Way to Health" as a guide.
This manual will provide all the knowledge you need to successfully complete and enjoy the fruits of doing a Juice Cleanse. They provide bonus material that you can get which will give you shopping lists, menus for the 4 days of the cleanse, access to their private Facebook group and more. So you get tremendous value if you are ready for it.
So you can see how I used this book I'll give you a bit about my Juice Cleansing adventure. My background historically has NOT included eating many vegetables and only a few fruits. It has only been in the last year that I started getting lettuce and tomato on my sandwiches. In fact, I did not even know about many vegetables. I had never eaten them, rarely saw them and didn't have a clue about what they were or what they might do for me. And I certainly didn't even know how to do such simple things as prepare a red pepper for juicing. I didn't know you cut off the top and carve out the middle. I've learned so much about many things of which I had no clue.
And besides the direct impact of the cleanse & post cleanse period, I have had an enormous, lasting change in my attitude about vegetables and my willingness to try and eat some of these things. That is one of my long-term benefits.
Another major change in my thinking is understanding the addictive nature of sugar and therefore so many of the things I normally eat. Now this doesn't mean I've made an immediate change. But changing my mind is the first major step in changing my actions.
