In recovery himself, and part of a faith-based recovery ministry, Serenity Village, for 10 years, Mike Shea has written in these pages essential, yet practical, tools for those who are sick of being sick, and tired of living beneath what God has for them. His love for his wife, Peggy, and their eight adult children, and eleven grandchildren come second only to his love for God. His heart’s desire is that this devotional journal will be your doorway to knowing you can never do anything to get God to love you more, or less. His love is unconditional. Mike lives in Minnesota and is currently working on a 365 Daily Recovery Devotional.

This is just an awesome concept and very, very insightful. Everyday I look forward to reading and writing about the things that matter most to me...my spiritual growth. I am thrilled that he presents the perfect format to even guide me in a daily Bible study as well. I can only hope he has another one ready before I get this one filled up!

LOVE this devotional, it's one of a kind intertwining spiritual growth along side pressing forward in recovery/living life. They really do go hand & hand! How great is our God to get a devotional like this out, that can remind, water, and help anyone grow from a true and practical stand point of applying Gods principles to everyday :)

I've read several devotionals in my life but never one with a focus on addiction.I love that it also has a page for journaling for each day of devotion. Mike Shea puts things in a way that I can totally relate to. Christ as the answer to my addiction? I get it.
