Gluten-free and delicious!

I just started out on a gluten-free diet as prescribed by my doctor and am so glad that this book came out. Now I can enjoy a delicious meal without gluten and enjoy my healthy lifestyle without the guilt. I get to sip smoothies, and feast on pancakes and even burgers! I just tried the vegan nutty veggie burger. And it was glorious! I can't wait to try out the other variations and combination recipes in this book.

We all think that is impossible to eat gluten free. Well that's how I used to feel, I really believed that cooking without gluten was a mission impossible but this book made me look at it in a very different way, I used some of the recipes I thought I was gonna mess it up, but the instructions were water clear and my husband really enjoyed the meal with is a big pro! Now we're cutting down gluten on day at the time and we are feeling great about it!

Just got this book and it looks like a winner. The recipes do look so much easier than many GF books offer. Not intimidating (for a change!)
Haven't tried them yet - I will report back! - but I am excited because the recipes I looked over seem great. I have been doing the GF thing
for a while now, so I do not need one of those books that explains it all again. This is a recipe book. Perfect.
