A Fun and Easy Read!

My uncle is a former bodybuilder which sparked my curiosity to pick up this book. I never thought I would call a book about bodybuilding "fun" to read, but Alexander Valmont makes his book a breeze to finish. His tips on bodybuilding are insightful and he feeds them to you in brief, informative tips that are easy to remember.

I would recommend this book to anyone looking to get started in bodybuilding or even working out general.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants an effective way to achieve true results in the gym. The best book on working out that I've read in a long time! It teaches you exactly what to do when working out and how to eat to lose weight and laws required to lose weight that are simple to remember.
